Trip Overview

Gosainkunda Pass Trek is the home of the elusive red panda and snow leopard. This marvelous trek passes through the cool shade of rhododendron, oak and pine forests. This journey is a journey to the age old tamang tribes heritage trail.

In spring the forest is lively with the flaming blooms of wild flowers and rhododendron, the national flower, which form a beautiful contrast with the high snow-capped peaks and the crystal blue sky.

After the Annapurna and Everest regions, this is third most popular trekking area in Nepal. Gosaikunda Pass trek is fabulous trek of Nepal. This trek lead to high alpine valley with the backdrop of high snow cap peaks. In the spring this space place is alive with wild flowers.

Here you will find peace and serenity amidst and Buddhist culture, with its scenic valley and impressive gorge, affording views extending all the way to the Annapurna it is no wonder this is sure a popular place to trek.

On this  Gosainkunda pass trek journey you will become a pilgrim and head to the shimmering lakes at Gosaikunda. Here, you will find peace and serenity alongside the Buddhist and Hindu pilgrims. It is no wonder this area is sacred, as it affords views extending all the way to the Annapurna cross Laurabina yak lla pass (4615 m) adjoining the Gosainkunda and Helambu regions. At this higher altitude the terrain will transform to Arid alpine above the tree-line and the village will be sparse. Descend on steep mountain trails high above the valley. Helambu is one of the most culturally wealthy regions in Nepal.

Day 2: Trek to Riverside (2410 m)
Day 3: Trek to Gharetabela (2970 m)
Day 4: trek to Langtang Village (3430 m)
Day 5: Trek to Kyanging Gompa
Day 6: Trek to Lama Hotel (2470 m)
Day 7: Trek to upper Syabru (2250 m)
Day 8: Trek to Singh Gompa / Chandanbari (3330 m)
Day 9: Trek to Gosainkund (4380 m)
Day 10: Ghopte odar (3430 m) via laurabina la (4610 m)
Day 11: Trek to Kutumsang (2600 m)
Day 12: Trek to Chisapani (2195 m)
Day 13: Trek to Sundarijal (1380 m) and transfer to hotel

Transportation : Kathmandu-Syaprubesi-Kathmandu by Local bus,Airport transfer by private vehicle.
Documents : Langtang Nation park permit and Trekkers’ Information Management System(TIMS) card
Human Resourse : A professional & experience English Speaking Guide & one porter(20/22kg) per two trekkers.All expenses(wages,accommodation,meals,transportation,insurance) of the Guide & Porters are covered.
